The Relationship GAP with began in the October of 2003, has five board of
directors which offer unique yet complimentary talents that contribution to the
overall RGAP experience.
Ebony McGee, founder and CEO of the RGAP, is a current Ph.D. student in
Mathematics Education and is a part time adjunct professor at University of
Illinois at Chicago. Ebony has an extensive background in Psychology and she
performed research on sexuality and love based relationships. Ebony sits on The
Jackie Robinson Foundation Chicago Selection Committee and has volunteered for
many non-for-profits including Operation PUSH and Target HOPE.
Derrick Lane has been serving communities nationwide since the age of 12. A
graduate of the University of Phoenix, he is the creator and co-owner of
SweetVictoryPackages.com and co-chair of J.P. Owth Community Services - a
resource organization for future leaders. He is also a member of the Quincy
Jones Listen Up! Foundation and founding member of the Kenwood Academy Alumni
Association. Between his various businesses, Derrick volunteers his time as the
co-coordinator of the Kenwood Academy B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. male mentoring
organization and motivational speaking engagements throughout the United States.

organization.
Kuliva Wilburn is a current PhD student in Public Health Policy and a part
time Research Assistant at UIC School of Public Health - Health Disparities
Project. In addition, Kuliva also works as a technical writer on a sub-contract
with NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. Kuliva has a background in Molecular
Biology and vaccine development in the pharmaceutical industry and science
policy in the not-for-profit arena. As a freelance writer, Kuliva writes on
topics related to science, technology, diversity and education.
Errol Dunlap, the Information Manager for the relationship GAP, has over
seven years of experience with information technologies. As the founder and
president of mindstate web
(www.mindstateweb.com), Errol continues to serve his clients as a web
developer, graphics editor, computer consultant, and network administrator.
Takia J. Foster is currently a educator with the Chicago Public Schools. She
holds a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to becoming an educator,
Takia worked as a case manager in the private sector in Tennessee, Indiana, and
Illinois.
Ursula Phoenix is the owner of Consulting, Inc. founded in 2002. She is
married with one daughter Chloe' Phoenix. Resident of Northbrook, IL.
